Intersputnik and its partners have centers equipped with requisite hard- and software to monitor customer service quality. Specialists of the Intersputnik Directorate, monitoring stations and network control centers will be pleased to provide exhaustive and up-to-date information on the current status and performance of your network.

When a customer first comes to Intersputnik and gets registered, we offer all kinds of technical consultations regarding the configuration and specifications of the required ground equipment. Through its partners, Intersputnik can provide a full set of services such as equipment designing, installation, start-up, adjustment and supplies as well as approvals for emission. Any warranty and intermediate maintenance is taken care of by the supplier and equipment installer under a separate contract.

If a customer's station is intended for radiation/emission, this station will be cleared for access to the space segment and the antenna parameters will be tested according to the established procedure.

Monitoring and control

The Intersputnik Directorate directly controls the operation and development of the Intersputnik system.

The Technical Department of the Intersputnik Directorate checks if the operational rules and procedures are followed by the earth stations, promptly responds to customer requirements and takes care of the network performance quality.

Express-A and LMI-1 transponder emissions as well as the emission parameters of the earth stations operating via these satellites are monitored by the Dubna and Vladimir monitoring stations (Russia).

The Eutelsat headquarters in Paris controls the operations of the Eutelsat satellite network performance on a round-the-clock basis.

Network Operation Centers of Intersputnik partner companies, which provide connection to the Internet backbone, monitor Internet access systems and offer customer support services.
